A lot of information is posted in the groups listed below. Each group is focused on that topic and information is being added all the time. You'll have to ask questions to get the most from this site, or attend the webnars and weekly support calls. Start a discussion in the group that interests you, or start your own group. You'll find free audios to download, and webnars. They are free unless otherwise noted. There is a mix of fee and free programs here, so you'll have lots to choose from. If you seel you need more personal informa, support, and instruction you can subscribe to the Birth Coach for $25.00 a month and unsubscribe any time. Click on the Birth Coach Tab above.
There is NO SUCH THING as a stupid question! You can always email me in confidence and I will respond to you. If there is something in particular you want to learn - tell me. This site is a work in progress. I don't know everything but I'll find the answers.
