Hello! And welcome to Smartbirth (TM) - a new focus and vision for childbirth education that transistions the traditional into the 21st Century progressive "Birth Mindset".

The Smartbirth phliosophy is - when women BELIEVE in their abilities to birth, they do so with intelligence, and intuitive know-how.

Smartbirth(TM) focuses on the following areas:

) creating healthier "birth mindsets"
) in-depth relaxation skills for birth and for life
)Celebrating and supporting women

HOW TO USE THIS COMMUNITY

A lot of information is posted in the groups listed below. Each group focuses on that topic. Information is being added all the time. You'll have to ask questions to get the most from this site, or attend the webnars and weekly support calls. Start a discussion in a group that interests you, or start your own group. You'll find free audios to download, and webinars to attend. They are free unless noted otherwise. There is a mix of fee and free programs here, so you'll have lots to choose from.

If you feel you need more personal information, one on one education and instruction, or support, you can subscribe to the Birth Coach for $25.00 a month and unsubscribe any time. Click on the Birth Coach Tab above.

There is NO SUCH THING as a stupid question! You can always email me in confidence and I will respond to you. If there is something in particular you want to learn - tell me. This site is a work in progress. I don't know everything but I'll find the answers.
